UPDATE: WE DID IT!
We officially hit our $10,000 goal. Which means we UNLOCKED the full $10,000 matching pledge from Sidewalk Angels Foundation!
$10,000 raised + $10,000 matched = $20,000 to cover vet bills, lingering transport and program costs, food and Sanctuary upkeep, new rescues, and more.
When we said yes to the 16 dogs in a hoarding case in Hatillo, we made them a promise: that their lives would be different from here on out, no matter the extent of their vetting needs. And YOU helped us keep that promise.
Every person who showed up for these dogs helped give them something they desperately needed: a chance. A chance to heal, to be safe, to know the feeling of unconditional love.
And on Saturday, the first cohort of Hatillo pups flew to the mainland for their long-awaited chances. Thank you for showing up for them. Thank you for believing in them. And thank you for giving us the opportunity to say YES, and mean it!
